Limited Class Sizes

Smaller classes sizes leads to more interest & involvement from all those attending and
therefore greater learning & enjoyment. For this reason I have limited our Intensive Class to a maximum of 12 couples.

Comfortable & Convenient locations

Conscious that our customers, especially our Mums-to-Be will be spending a day in our classes - the specific hotel settings of 2as1 classes have been handpicked for their consistent high quality in terms of seating, layout, natural light, view, space.& food. I hold the Private Classes are also held in a comfortable private setting allowing the individual/couple relax and concentrate on the education being delivered.

Our 1 Day intensive classes include a light lunch of the highest standard conscious of the
dietary requirements of the pregnant mum.(This does not alienate the dad though!)
Generally this will include home-made soup and an extensive and plentiful range of freshly made sandwiches, tea, coffee, other. Vegetarian/Diabetic/Coeliac requirements catered for upon request.

This information pack is filled full of valuable and up to date information including relevant course content & personal notes, along with the latest available public & private pregnancy health and baby care information.

Technical & Informational Displays*

Our One Day Intensive course also have hand picked & relevant informational displays & exhibits of interest to all expecting parents including: fetal positions, The Uterus, The Birth, breast-feeding & feeding products & aids, clothing & wellbeing information, equipment products & information, etc.

One Day Intensive Antenatal Course Fee (inclusive of all of the above):

Please check with your Health Insurance provider (VHI/QUINN HEALTHCARE/HIBERNIAN AVIVA) as these courses are delivered in their entirety by a qualified midwife and therefore qualify for cover by under certain Health Insurance providers/policies:

Trim Castle Hotel : €170 per couple

Clontarf Castle Hotel : €190 per couple

A full refund of the course fee is given for cancellation up to 2 weeks before the class date. A 50% refund is given for cancellation up to 1 week before the class is due date. Unfortunately no refund is given if less than 1 week notice before the class date is given, unless non attendance is due to early delivery of your baby or hospitalisation of the mum-to-be. In these cases a  100% refund will be given upon furnishing of the appropriate medical certificate.
